The Avila Bay Athletic Club gives a HUGE THANKS to members, employees, and friends who rode for and/or sponsored the most recent Cancer Well-fit Spin-A-Thon. Your sweat and generosity helped us to raise over $2,000 for this very, very good cause! The Cancer Well-fit Program is a free program offered to cancer patients in the community. The program offers the patients and their supporters free personal training, nutrition services and access to the Avila Bay Club facilities. It has been extremely beneficial for recovery and support!
