Van Jones Leaves As Czar

I was glad to hear of Van Jones leaving as presidential czar. I'm concerned about the 30+ czars in place that did not go through the normal routine rules and processes in place for government positions. Have you seen or read about Van Jones background? It's horrible and I do not want a man of that background advising my president. I did not vote for or elect Van Jones. There are three branches of government: executive, legislative, and judicial. Where do Czars fit into that? The U.S. government is for the people by the people!
