CPS Corruption in San Luis Obispo and throughout the US
CPS in San Luis Obispo is CORRUPT. This is a fact. I will probably go to jail but people deserve to know the truth about this agency. I know this is a County website so I'm not disclosing everything, especially since they put a "gag order" on me because they don't want people to know about their Kidjacking operation.
The fact is CPS kidnapped my daughter. They have falsified documents, omitted evidence, and have committed perjury. I was falsely arrested and charged with a crime I didn't commit all because an officer wanted to teach my daughter a lesson. She's almost 17 years old and is hardly abused. Although we did have a catfight the only damage that was done was to a "door". My daughter was taken for 5 days and that should have been the end of CPS. Instead, they kidnapped her 43 days later from school. They didn't have a warrant or protective custody placement agreement and they lied to the court; stating my daughter was still in protective custody.
My daughter was alienated and tortured for 6 months by CPS who threatened her with Juvenile Hall, coerced her with In and Out Hamburgers, and had chaperones with her 24 hours a day to make sure she didn't escape. My daughter wanted to go home but they didn't care. They placed her in "negative therapy" and told her I was crazy, even though no such diagnosis exists. CPS threatened to pump her stomach and they scared her. They had many people meet my daughter so they could all work in collusion together. They moved my daughter to 5 different foster homes; each one being worse than the last. My daughter was forbidden to speak to me on her cell phone and I was only allowed to see her 1 hour a week. Some weeks I never got to see her. Social workers ignored my calls. My complaints about the illegal removal went unheard. No one did anything to help us.
My daughter became despondant and suicidal. She started cutting all over herself because she missed me but CPS didn't do anything. She started using drugs in foster care; snorting pain killers that she got from her foster Mother who had many different pills laying around the house. When CPS couldn't break her down they sent her out of state in the middle of the night against her will. When she arrived the phone was turned off and she had no way to call for help. She was forbidden to leave the house and was watched 24/7. My daughter is still a hostage to CPS.
Why did they do this? For FEDERAL BLOCK GRANTS. Title IV Funding. CPS doesn't care about children. It's all about the money. I feel so terrible that this county is so corrupt and I worry about all the other children this is happening to. I have tried to speak out to warn others but CPS wants this to be kept "secret". They don't want to be exposed and this is why the Courts are closed. There is alot of money in "Child Protection" these days.
Many people still think that you deserved to lose your child if CPS steps in. This is NOT true. CPS does go after the low income but now they are moving up the ladder to obtain more children. They look for vunerable people and at the time I was weak with anemia. This agency targets people. Even their training material is all about the Federal Grants. These Block grants are known as ASFA, the Adoption Safe Families Act. Most people vote for it because they "think" CPS is doing a good thing when in fact this is the culprit that is keeping CPS corrupt.
President Clinton came up with the Welfare reform Act in 1996. He and his wife were active in "helping" children and families.He stated at that time that he wanted to "Double" the number of children in the system by the year 2002. In 2003 ASFA was born and the corruption became rampant. Today the child "industry" is out of control. The Block grants are going to be doubled this September unless people are made aware of what the true driving force is for taking children. Check out HR 3038 & 6079.
CPS doesn't want people to know. This is why they issue Gag Orders on the parents who are forced to undergo many classes in futile attempts to get their children back. The US Census and other reports indicate that only 29% of the children in foster care are abused or neglected. Many families are being destroyed because of this agency. Many children are being molested and are dying in foster care. The media won't cover the truth because CPS guards this secret and threatens those who do.
This is a true story. I expect that some social workers or those who work for the County will write back and counter what I am saying. This is because they need a paycheck for many would be unemployed if the real truth ever got out. There are many jobs at stake, but what about the children? CASA doesn't always see the children right away and many children are getting disturbed by being alienated by their parents. CPS places children in foster care and advertises on the internet Grant money to prospective foster parents instead of sending children to family members. The reason for this is it allows them to make more money, using several non profit accounts.
There is so much more to CPS than what meets the eye. If you do a Google search or look at www.youtube.com you will see many stories about CPS abuse. Even former District Attorneys, Judges, foster children foster parents, and social workers are coming forward and telling the truth. State Senators are also admitting this corruption that has unfortuently spread to the legislative level.
WE NEED TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT CPS. I WRITE THIS LETTER WITH TEARS IN MY EYES FOR ALL THE CHILDREN WHO NEED YOU THE PUBLIC TO COME TO THEIR AIDE.

I already contacted Gloria Allred. The problem is the corruption is so deep that many attorneys who go up against CPS are loosing their licenses. This is a very dirty business but people deserve to know what is really going on.
I have investigated CPS since they took my daughter in January. I can assure you my daughter was never abused or neglected. In fact I have plenty of proof; which includes tape recordings, text messages and videos of Jenny talking about what this agency did to her. I am very fortunate that my daughter is 17 years old and has stuck by me because she knows the truth. She tells me the people who work for Child Protection Services are sadistic and even refers to them as "Darth Vader". I hope she will tell others her story when she is 18 years old next year. People need to open their eyes and see what this agency is really doing.
The number of children are increasing each year. At least half of these children are NOT abused. CPS is taking children and slandering parents so they can illegally obtain Federal grant money. They are given advances each year based upon quotas. If there aren't enough abused children in their county CPS must either obtain more children or return the funds. It is the ASFA "incentives" that is making this agency corrupt yet the general public doesnt know this when they are voting to increase the foster care funds (S.3038). Now that ASFA has doubled more children will be taken and more families will be destroryed.
CPS goes to great lengths to cover up the truth. They place GAG ORDERS on parents who speak out and have them throw them in jail. Many are even sent to mental institutions. When parents put proof of the corruption on websites or put up You Tube videos CPS flags them claiming "confidenality" laws but the truth is the only person they are trying to protect is themselves. There is alot that goes on in SECRET COURT. It's too bad that people aren't allowed to see what is really going on because many judges are corrupt. Some are even sitting at the head of adoption agencies and are benefitting each time a child is taken away.
It is truly horrifying what CPS is doing to families and children. The Director of CPS in San Luis Obispo told me I would become a "martyer" for telling people the truth. What is your point? I am very proud of my daughter. I have nothing to hide. When children are kidnapped we do "Amber Alerts". Children's names are put all over milk cartons. So why would I not give her name when CPS kidnapped my daughter?
Jenny is a prisioner. She has the right to be heard. There are Children's Civil rights and other Laws that are being violated and as her Mother I am her biggest advocate. I have her statements addressing the Grand Jury. My daughter has done You tube vidoes with me. She is fully aware that I am going on TV and radio telling our story. Why should we be silenced when this agency is RACKETEERING and taking children for PROFIT? They do terrible things to children. Montel Williams said it best when he said "For every 1 child CPS helps they destroy 700 other families".

I will be willing to join you in your exposure of SLO County CPS. A similar thing has happened in our family, and I have not seen my daughter in nearly 20 months, because San Luis Obispo officials, specifically CPS, violated state and federal laws, and my daughter has been kidnapped abroad with the assistance of SLO CPS.
In short, in June 2007 I was detained upon a false kidnapping claim by my daughter's mother. A registered and confirmed child custody order giving me sole custody and visitation of my daughter was placed on file, in person, by me and my daughter who was with me, at the Templeton substation of the SLO Sheriff's office, the Atascadero Police Department, and the Paso Robles Police Department. Nevertheless, my ex filed a kidnapping charge from Virginia, presented NO child custody orders (none were ever served upon me either when my child was taken from me, nor afterwards, nor at the arraingment, nor ever!).
While I was being detained, CPS was shown a certified. exemplified copy of the registered child custody order, bearing the seal of the LA Superior court. Now, CPS was REQUIRED under 276 etc of the CA code, to set a hearing and hold such hearing within FIVE business days, because of the conflicting orders.
However, SLO CPS, did one of the two following:
1) they actually handed over the child to a person who had just come form out of state, and who immediately removed the child from the state and the country;
2) they informed the mother of the requirement upon CPS to schedule and conduct a hearing, and then allowed the mother access to the foster home whereupon she fled with the child.SLO CPS has not been forthcoming on this score.
So, without boring you with all the details, I am just blogging here to let you know that the indictments against SLO CPS, as well as the folks at the county that do not know:
the meaning of Registration and Confirmation of a Child Custody order under the UCCJEA nor the PKPA,
and tried to sweep this out of the courts, and have refused thus far to enter my child into NCMEC NCIC databases as required by law.In San Luis Obispo County, (and having been an appointed official myself at one time I can say this with certainty): there is such a provincial nature, that applicability of state and federally guaranteed protections seem actually beyond the grasp of those charged with stewardship of the rights of the people. However, this apparent provinciality can only cover a small fraction of the deliberate graft, collusion, cover-up, etc that is at play. Now SLO is no worse than any other place for this, BUT they should have their feet held to the fire.
Please contact me if you would like me to join you in speaking out publicly on the issue of SLO county CPS. Meanwhile, pursue legal redress, file suit in federal district court, seek a grand jury indictment, and file formal written complaints with the state attorney general, while pursuing all other means to bring relief and redress.

Please do contact me by email. I have the names of other people who have experienced the same injustices in San Luis Obispo. I left the country to expose them. I will never shut up until they create accountability and oversight of CPS. These agencies need to be audited. Have you looked at their children non-profits? All of the people who were involved in my daughter's abduction were on the non profit. Clearly we have a major Racketeering problem. Who was your Judge? I had Judge Picquet. Conveniently he is oversees CPS cases, Adoption and Mental Health. I would say that's a conflict of interest! Additionally he ignored my daughter pleas to go home and actually obstructed her from testifying; sending her back to "therapy" each time she asked to go home.
I am going to the United Nations and then on to Geneva to file a claim against CPS & conspirers for "Crimes against Humanity". I am going global with my story for this is my only child and how dare them hurt her. Jenny will be 18 in a few months. We are still very close -- even all the therapy and twisted workers at CPS couldn't break her down. That agency is pure evil. They need to be audited and face the consequences for breaking laws.
I am in touch with several authors & movie producers. There is a new documentary by Sean Penn called "Witch Hunt", and Pete Demas just completed "War Against the Weak" (from Edwin Black's book) that discusses Nazi Eugenics during WWII that originated from California. Eugnics never ended.....they just hid it better. I am working on getting a sequel done.

The CA GOP added me to their twitter today. I see that Assemblyman Sam Blakeslee is the Ca Republican Leader. What a joke. He tried to keep my daughter in the system and actually contacted CPS who placed Jenny with chaperones to make sure she didn't run away. She was placed in Family Care Network's housing which is connected to Assemblyman Blakeslee and Senator Maldonado. I visited Sams office a few times and dropped off proof which they said they would copy and return. They never did. Shortly afterwards Sam sent me a nasty letter telling me not contact his office again. Senator Maldonado made a false report to the CHP after I dropped off evidence of foul play. It seems he didn't like it when I requested a referral on CPS to the "Joint Legislative Audit Committee". The State Auditors office told me NONE of the CPS agencies will be audited and hung up on me. Maldonado contacted Governor Schwarzenegger who sent two people to my house -- one from his office and the other a CHP who is with the Terrorist Division. Can you imagine? Me a Mother who is trying to expose the truth about her daughter's kidnapping is considered a TERRORIST!!!!!!!!!

He is a real estate investor who is flipping properties with people from other children charities. He is on the "Mental Health" non profit and the husband of the Social Worker who took my daughter is on another children's non profit. The Social Workers son sells real estate and gives Real Estate loans.
CPS tried to throw me in jail by issuing me an illegal "Gag Order". They wanted me to take down my websites and write letters to the media telling them NOT to cover our story. When I wouldn't comply they tried to throw me in jail, so I fled the State.
My home was broken into by a squatter and together with my bookkeeper they embezzled $30,000 from my Bank of America Account.
Enter the Police who have a Children's Non profit.In fact they assisted him. The squatter stole my truck and many of my valuables which he placed in a storage unit under his name. The Police refused to file charges or lock down the storage unit even though I had proof that this crime had occurred. I had letters from my CPA and tape recordings from the squatters accomplances, but this was ignored. Since I own a mini storage facility I explained to them the law but they still refused.
I put the Police in touch with Bank of America explaining that I needed a report to file a Claims loss. Afterwards Bank of America refused to reimburse me for my loss. I filed eviction paperwork with the Court but they wouldn't file it; claiming to have lost it. I sent copies of my loss to the District Attorney but too ignored this crime. I was finally able to get the squatter out and changed the locks only to have him break in again. Once again the Police refused to help me. I hired a property manager but after meeting with Police she changed her mind. Apparently the Police slandered me. I hired a CPA to assist me in evicting the squatter but Police continued to Obstruct Justice.
Since I couldn't get the squatter out of my home it was foreclosed upon. Turns my loan was sold to Bank of America AFTER contact with the Police.
I hear from other CPS Victims their homes are also being taken. I was not guilty of any crime. In fact the State dropped the frivilious charges against me yet kept my child.
My daughter loved that home and she wanted to go back there once she turned 18. We have lost everything due to FRAUD. My daughter's baby books, all of our pictures, and our memories.
SHAME ON ALL OF THE PEOPLE WHO WERE INVOLVED IN THIS HIDEOUS CRIME AGAINST HUMANITY!
