Templeton Presbyterian volunteers at AD Care Templeton

Thirty volunteers from Templeton Presbyterian cleaned and painted AD Care’s kitchen and main activity room (which had extensive smoke damage), and took care of other routine maintenance work, while others tackled a huge mailing project for this adult day care center for those with Alzheimer’s and dementia-related issues.

Pat Bower, director of AD Care, was stunned by the organization the church team brought to the task, adding: “Thanks again for choosing us for your MLK service project. The site looks wonderful and it is such a lift for staff and participants both.”
