Best sushI?

Ok, with so many sushi joints in SLO County now -- Tribune staffer Dawn White just wrote about another new one Wednesday -- which are the best?

Best to me is consistently fresh fish, wide selection and good service. I want to take a friend for sushi this weekend -- where should we head?
