a) be annexed into the city b) Dalidio pays for half of the 101 interchange c) be at 430,000sq. ft. d) get Macy's in the project e) be a beautiful open-air mall with a food court, arcade, and have Target and Macy's

Del Rio Plaza:
1) Wal-Mart needs to go in (were getting a Super Wal-Mart in Paso)
2) Jennifer Convertibles, Play it Again Sports, 24 Hour Fitness, Red Lobster, Olive Garden, Soup Plantation, Outback Steak House, Joe's Crab Shack, Blockbuster Video, and Best Buy should all be in the shopping center.
